Trainers schedule sessions in Google Calendar because it is fast, familiar, and already on their phone. The problem is that a session on a calendar is just an appointment. It has no connection to the client record, no link to what was trained, and no visibility for the manager. When scheduling lives in one system and documentation lives in another, things fall through between them.
The TrainerMetrics integration connects both directions. Sessions booked in TrainerMetrics appear in the trainer’s Google Calendar automatically. Sessions scheduled in Google Calendar sync into TrainerMetrics. Either way the trainer starts, the session is in both places. When the session is completed and logged in TrainerMetrics, it ties to the client record: workout history, session count, and sessions remaining all update in one place. The calendar stays useful. The client record stays current.
