Sessions on the calendar. Progress in the client record.

Schedule in Google Calendar or TrainerMetrics. Either way, the session shows up in both, and every completed session ties back to the client record automatically.

Scheduling and documentation, finally connected

Trainers schedule sessions in Google Calendar because it is fast, familiar, and already on their phone. The problem is that a session on a calendar is just an appointment. It has no connection to the client record, no link to what was trained, and no visibility for the manager. When scheduling lives in one system and documentation lives in another, things fall through between them.

The TrainerMetrics integration connects both directions. Sessions booked in TrainerMetrics appear in the trainer’s Google Calendar automatically. Sessions scheduled in Google Calendar sync into TrainerMetrics. Either way the trainer starts, the session is in both places. When the session is completed and logged in TrainerMetrics, it ties to the client record: workout history, session count, and sessions remaining all update in one place. The calendar stays useful. The client record stays current.

Integration Features

Start Where You Work Body

Trainers can schedule in Google Calendar or in TrainerMetrics. The integration syncs both directions, so the session appears in whichever system the trainer or manager checks first.

Every Session, In the Client Record Body

Completed sessions logged in TrainerMetrics update the client record automatically. Session count, workout history, and sessions remaining stay current without any duplicate entry.

Scheduling Visibility for Managers Body

When sessions sync into TrainerMetrics, managers can see trainer activity without asking for a schedule or logging into Google Calendar. The PT operation stays visible from one place.

Data & Permission

The Google Calendar integration syncs session data in both directions between Google Calendar and TrainerMetrics. TrainerMetrics requests read and write access to the trainer’s connected Google Calendar — sessions created in TrainerMetrics appear in Google Calendar, and sessions scheduled in Google Calendar sync into TrainerMetrics. Only session events associated with the TrainerMetrics connection are created or modified; no other calendar data is accessed or altered.
