TrainerMetrics provides fitness and wellness organizations with peer-reviewed fitness assessments and client reporting tools that leverage the best of breed practices taught by certification bodies and industry groups. We’re looking for an Account Executive who can drive Outbound Sales, ensure Customer Success, and quickly grow with the company.

This person will develop and execute outbound campaigns within our sales engagement platform consisting of Salesforce and Outreach. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and wants to learn and grow with TrainerMetrics. They will report directly to the company founders and be involved in the development of the sales infrastructure and company as a whole.

Some specific tasks this person will be responsible for include:

  • Creation of cold outbound sales sequences.
  • Prospect discovery and qualification.
  • Scheduling and performing product demos.
  • Closing new sales and managing existing customers.
  • Assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).

Must-have requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or service-industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, athletics, or human performance work.
  • Tech-savvy and a quick self-learner.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Work well with deadlines and can easily manage your time and communicate priorities and expectations without direct supervision.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with time management and self-discipline to get things done in a responsible manner.

Nice to have requirements:

  • Have an understanding of email outbound sales strategy.
  • Have a working knowledge of B2B SaaS sales, and a desire to learn more.
  • Are comfortable writing and/or editing marketing copy and sales scripts.
  • Outreach.io and Salesforce.com experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.

Schedule:

  • Flexible.
  • Part-time (10-15 hours/week) with an opportunity to become full-time.
