TrainerMetric's fitness-operations platform provides studio to big-box fitness organizations a solution to streamline operations and ensure clients receive consistent experience. This means that executives, managers, trainers, and clients can all have a view into what is important for them. Founded in Santa Monica, CA, TrainerMetrics was built with by trainers that have, and still have eyes set on standardizing the personal training industry.

We’re a 100% distributed team working from around the world. Our team members can work from wherever they want in the world, as long as they show up on our weekly all-hands meeting on Zoom.

The software landscape has exploded. There are dozens of solutions for each problem. We want to be different. We come up with new angles on existing problems or invent better solutions to help companies with their sales and marketing. Then we turn these ideas into beautiful, smart software.

Your Itinerary

Interview

Step 1: You’ll hear from us within one week of your application!

Step 2: If it’s a good match, we will reach out to schedule a 30-minute phone call with one of our team members.

Step 3: Next, you’ll meet with your future team members over video!

Step 4: As a final step of the process, we may ask you to provide an example of your work in a collaboration exercise!

This is your opportunity to put your best foot forward and show us the kind of work we can expect from you on your first day. We like to move quickly, so the interview process should take about two weeks.

  • You’ll go through TrainerMetrics 101 with our leadership team, which includes demos of our products, strategic roadmaps, and everything you need to be successful!
