TrainerMetrics and Evolt Are Now Integrated — Here’s What That Means for Operators

Body composition scanning is one of the most powerful tools a gym can offer. The problem has never been the technology. It’s been the gap between the scan and what happens next.

Evolt scan data lived in one system. Training programs lived in another. The connection between measurement and coaching was left to individual trainers to make — inconsistently, manually, and often not at all.

That gap is now closed.

Why We Built This

TrainerMetrics is built for operators who need to standardize how personal training is sold, delivered, and measured across their organization. Evolt is the body composition platform at the forefront of helping gyms turn scanning into a premium differentiator.

When a client steps off an Evolt scanner, that data should immediately inform their training program, guide goal-setting, and help prove the value of personal training. That is exactly what this integration delivers.

How It Works

Connect the client once using their identifier. Every Evolt scan they complete from that point forward syncs into their TrainerMetrics profile automatically — alongside workout history, assessments, and session count. Historical scans pull in retroactively.

The data is in the record before the trainer walks into the session. No exports. No manual entry. No switching systems.

Body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, Bio Age, Body Wellness Index — all of it sits in context. When a client’s Bio Age is trending down while muscle mass is trending up across the same 12 weeks they logged 24 sessions, the trainer sees that story in one place. Scan results in isolation are just numbers. Context is what makes them actionable.

What It Means for Operators

Renewal conversations grounded in data

TrainerMetrics pulls Evolt scan data into the branded client progress report. When renewal comes up, trainers walk in with documented results across body composition, workout history, and assessment scores. As Jeff Sanders, Chief Growth Officer at Energy Fitness, put it after going live, the connection between the scan and the outcome is what keeps members engaged and coming back.

Compliance visibility across every location

If a trainer conducts ten consultations and only two clients have scans in TrainerMetrics, that gap shows up in your compliance reporting. The scanner is part of your intake protocol. Now you can see whether it’s actually being used — and by whom.

Automated reassessment reminders

TrainerMetrics supports account-wide reassessment intervals. When a client is overdue according to your facility’s configured frequency, the system automatically creates a task on the trainer’s dashboard. No manager required to chase it down.

No pass-through fee

Some body composition integrations charge an additional monthly fee to sync data into a third-party platform. This one doesn’t. For operators running Evolt across multiple locations, that adds up.

What’s Next

This integration is live now. More updates will follow as it rolls out across partner locations.
